Pre-Listing Inspection

Selling an RV successfully requires you to know exactly what you’ve got on your hands—strengths, deficiencies, and even cosmetic blemishes that could have an impact on the RV’s value. We’ll thoroughly inspect the visible and readily accessible areas of the RV, giving you the full rundown of the vehicle’s condition so that you’re aware of what needs improvement in order to maximize what you’re able to make off of a prospective transaction.

Re-inspections

For this inspection service, we’ll come back and take a second look at the RV once requested repairs and improvements have been taken care of. Whatever components were repaired, we’ll investigate to ensure that the job was done right so that you can be confident in the condition of the RV before your purchase is finalized.

Line/Safety Inspections

For this visual inspection service, we’ll focus on the lines and reservoirs that allow the RV’s many systems to function safely and efficiently. We’ll be looking for damage that could be causing the loss of fluids that are essential to the engine, radiator, and transmission performance. We’ll also verify the safe and operable condition of components such as tires, generators, and smoke detectors/other alert systems.

Roof Inspections

Without an intact roofing system, other components in an RV can quickly become damaged, and certain systems can go haywire. This inspection service is a limited-scope inspection that focuses solely on the RV’s roof to determine if there are defective areas that need to be remedied before you finalize the terms of purchase.

Bank Inspections

If you’re taking out a loan to complete your RV purchase, it’s possible that the bank will require you to schedule a professional inspection in order for the funds to be disbursed. We’ll gladly perform this service for you, inspecting the vehicle from top to bottom, inside and out so that you can secure the money you need to buy the RV of your dreams.

Insurance Inspections

Similarly, insurance agencies often require an RV to meet minimum standards before issuing a new policy. We can carry out this inspection service for you, revealing details about the RV’s condition that will clue us into whether or not it will meet the insurer’s base criteria.

Fluid Analysis

A Fluid Analysis is critically important in determining whether or not an RV’s mechanical systems are free from deficiencies that could negatively impact performance. Samples will be collected of various fluids, including engine oil, transmission fluid, and coolant. These fluids will be tested for contaminants that could indicate issues with other components that could eventually lead to mechanical failure.

New Owner Walk-Thru

If you’ve just purchased an RV for the first time, we highly recommend scheduling a walkthrough so that we can familiarize you with your new investment’s systems and features. We’ll show you the ropes, offering guidance on safe maneuvering, maintenance, and how to use the various systems that are included to help you make the most out of your mobile living space.
